제품소개

Transient Voltage Suppressor(TVS) 다이오드는 과전압으로 부터 전자기기회로를 보호하는 소자로 휴대용 기기를 포함하여 가전, 컴퓨팅 기기, 통신, 자동차 분야 등 광범위하게 적용되는 제품입니다.
RFsemi의 TVS Diode는 낮은 클램핑 전압 (clamping voltage)와 낮은 누설 전류를 갖는 특징이 있으며 전원단 보호용, Battery 단자 보호용, Ear Mic, 및 speaker 보호용 뿐만 아니라 초고속 데이터 회로 보호용 TVS diode 등 다양한 제품으로 구성되어 있으며 ESD(IEC61000-4-2)와 Surge(IEC61000-4-5)에 대한 신뢰성 규격을 만족하도록 설계되어 있습니다.
